WHAT MAKES A GOOD SECURITY DOOR?

HERE ARE 4 THINGS YOU SHOULD BE LOOKING FOR IN YOUR NEXT SECURITY DOOR:

Australian Standards:

When looking for a quality security door it should always meet Australian Standards. This means that it has been tried and tested to withstand significant force or impact, and environmental conditions. Strong Ox take your safety very seriously, which is why all of our security doors meet and exceed Australian Standard AS5039-2008.

Quality Materials:

When manufacturing a durable security door, high quality materials must be used. Our Supascreen Security Doors use an industrial strength 0.08mm 316 marine grade stainless steel wire, which is of the highest quality and consistency compared to competitors. We also utilize a patented ‘pressure fit’ manufacturing process which eliminates the need for screws, and prevents the Stainless Steel Mesh and the Aluminium from coming into contact with each other, hence resisting galvanic corrosion and increasing the lifespan of your security door.

Durable Locks:

You should never settle for a security door that does not have a triple lock. By having a triple lock you can rest assured knowing that your home is secure. All of the doors that Strong Ox manufactures are fitted with a Lockwood 8654 triple lock system that simply requires one flick to activate all 3 locking points on the door.

Aesthetic Appeal:

Having a security door that looks good and doesn’t obstruct your view outside is definitely something that you want to consider when shopping for your new security door. Our Supascreen Security Doors are a durable high tensile woven mesh, meaning you will have clear and unobstructed outdoor views and there is no need for those unattractive grilles!
