Who has access to your home?

Who has access to your home?

Unfortunately, break and enters happen all the time. You can try to lengthen the time it takes someone to break in BUT someone with enough time can and will get in. A customer of mine actually had no sign of forced entry, this is more shocking to realise someone broke in and tried to get into their safe using a house key!

This can happen when you have given your keys to tradesmen or contractors needing access to your home or any time that your keys are unsupervised. getting a key cut can be done in minutes and you would not know that someone now has access to your home.

Luckily for these guys, the crook had no idea what they were doing in terms of breaking into the safe. Although not worth to repair, these guys firmly believe in using a quality safe for protection.

Ways in which you can protect your home from the unauthorised entry is by combining a restricted do not copy key system in conjunction with an alarm system. This protects your keys been duplicated at Bunnings or Mr. minit and not giving out the alarm code to someone who might need access to your property. This works for a wide range of scenarios. air bnb, contract cleaners or maintenance.

Hopefully you do not have to go through the pain of cleaning up after a frustrated crook who decided going through a plaster wall to the back of a locked safe was a good idea.
